Holiday and Sport: 

You can spend the day at the picturesque sandy beach which is situated in the middle of a national park. On the shore are high tries which are supplying the necessary shade. The sea is calm so swimming is no danger. The beautiful coral reef is just a few meter form the beach away. Phuket is very popular for snorkeling and scuba diving. Nai Yang has several diving schools which are under German management. Maybe you are planning to do your diving brevet here? Nai Yang is also the place were you can book diving excursions, trips to neighbour islands, rental motor or push-bikes. Two challenging golf courses are also open for your access and only a few meter away from our house

Health:

If you are planning a session at a dentist why don’t you do it here? We have very reasonable and well acknowledged dental hospitals in Phuket. We could organize you these sessions in advance. Complete bodycheck detailed from older and health situation and from sex. Price between 250,- and 400,- Euro. We can make all the arrangements for you.

Food and beveredge:

For dining and having a few drinks at night we can recommend you nice restaurants and bars direct at the beach. If you are looking for a busy night live the we recommend you to go by taxi to Phuket City or Patong. Those places are about 35 to 45 km away for here. The ride by taxi is about 20 min.

How to get here: 

You can reach Phuket by plane in about 12 hours from Europe, 3 hours from Hong Kong and in about 6 hours from Australia. There are even international non stop flights to Phuket (e.g. Air Berlin). You will reach your holiday domicile by car in only 5 min. Of course you can count on pick up by your host.

Busy season mid October until end April. To avoid the european winter we can recommend you a long term stay (senior residence).
Requested minimum stay are 4 nights.
We also welcome smokers but pls. leave your pets at home.
